The failing motherboard, which caused a server reboot yesterday, caused the Stellar daemon's database to become corrupt. As a result, Stellar payouts are delayed until the daemon redownloads its states.
We apologize for the inconvenience. This issue will not occur again after the motherboard is replaced on May 23.
