Unfortunately, it turns out that our fix for Sapling mining was unsuccessful, so all Sapling equihash coins are currently offline. Votecoin just switched to Sapling and therefore both it and ZCash are unavailable.
I'll be investigating this issue tomorrow and we hope to have a fix available by Monday.
