Ticket system now allows E-Mail responses

Thanks to Chris's hard work and dedication to his tasks, the JIRA ticketing system now accepts E-Mail responses. Previously, the mailserver was not configured to accept replies.

It is still necessary to sign up for a support account to submit new tickets, as new E-Mails sent to @jira.prohashing.com are automatically deleted. However, existing tickets generate E-Mails when we reply to them, and you can now reply to the tickets by E-Mail. Attachments to the E-Mails are even added as attachments to the tickets.
