Errors overnight

Overnight, errors caused by a previous release may have resulted in improper crediting of shares for a few minutes at a time. It was a trivial issue and I resolved it. Because there was no bias towards excess profits or lower profits, everything evened out in the end and no share corrections are needed.

Unfortunately, Chris restarted the servers several times trying to resolve this issue, causing much more disruption from the restarts than from the actual error itself. I apologize for the issue and everything has returned to normal.

I can be certain that my earnings were much lower than if the system was running 100%

In that case, I'll ask Chris to review the earnings and get back to you after he's finished his investigation in about 8 hours.

From my selected recent shares they stopped and started at the times below, my miners did not connect to any other pool except for a few minutes mid morning UK time and when I forced to for about 30mins.

I suggest to review all users affected. I was certainly affected as well. my miner data shows submissions that were not credited to my account. do the right thing and check all user data for errors and not just one user. Just making one user correction would be ridiculously unfair.

My earning is drastically lower than usual, looks like I lost at least 50% of normal for the first 12 hour period of the day May 3rd

I have also lost a substantial portion.

This morning at 07h15 (European time) the "Live Worker Status" was still looking normal and showing a "2hr avg Hashrate" of 19.700 GH/s (and an uptime "Since first share" of 1d 09:00:19), but the "Live Balances" showed that the last credited share was 04:38:46. Also the "Payout eligible" and normal main saldo were the same... So at that time at least 2 and a half hours of nothing, even though the "live Worker Status" look normal...

Then I had to go to work, so I could not monitor it for several hours, but the earning level is very low.

Looking at the coin earnings, yesterday was about 86% compared to the previous 3 days and if I project today, it looks like it will be about 57% compared to those normal 3 days...

So, no, this certainly did not even out for me...
