my balance is far higher than the threshold.

My lcc is under the threshold even lowering it well under my holding, it is not cashing out, reading the tweet on main page we are informed some coins that is not functioning atm will be sorted soon.

You were allowed to transfer lcc into the exchange, or this was lcc that was already on the exchange because you held litecoin on the same exchange at the time of the fork?
