The extreme cold near Philly caused the generator to fail, because its starter battery was damaged by the temperatures. Therefore, there is no backup power at the datacenter this weekend.
If the power fails, then all services will be offline during outage, plus 15 minutes afterward until Chris can restore services. This risk should be eliminated on Monday morning when the generator has been repaired.
