We relaxed the variable difficulty restrictions that were previously necessary to reduce CPU load on the mining servers. Previously, the minimum variable difficulty was 16384 for scrypt, so small miners would rarely be able to submit shares. It was reduced to 2048. For x11, the minimum variable difficulty fell from 0.25 to 0.125.

Static difficulty limits remain the same and will be adjusted in the future after we determine the effect of the variable difficulty changes.

I am looking for the Static difficulty limits.

Run several so far, and some my machines are running in the 500K diff range.
