Chris brought server back online

Post by Steve Sokolowski » Thu Nov 16, 2017 4:56 pm

The mining server went offline today because it ran out of memory on a weekday, when nobody was around to fix it.

We apologize for the problem. This is an issue that will be addressed once we have finished up our current commitments on November 28, as there will be people to monitor to system and we will also be able to fix the underlying leak.

Thanks for the update! Also, lol.

edit - I'm not seeing x11 algorithm in the feed anymore? Is that functionality down as well?

Back to 45 mins behind processing time.

Were the shares before the pool went down credited or will be?

No, it's online. There's an issue that we haven't been able to track down that causes the WAMP server not to report x11 profits immediately after startup, some of the time. It's a low priority because it happens so infrequently.

They were credited, as far as I'm aware.

Chris can resolve the processing time issues by bringing up another share inserter, which shouldn't be difficult to do later tonight. Until he does, the delay does not impact profitability or earnings.
