It also appears that the new L3+s are likely beginning to ship - the hash rate has started to drop for LTC.

The price of B3 units has also increased by nearly $300 to $1644 with the July 15th ship date.

Appears Bitmain believes LTC value is increasing and they're pricing accordingly.
