Solo vs. PPS?

If I am mining a coin using c=coinname and in PPS mode and find a block, do I get a block reward? As opposed to using m=solo and finding a block?

no- in PPS it is split with the pool.

Only if you are solo do you keep it all, but then you only make what you find.
