BCH fork Nov/2020

Post by dnprod » Sun Nov 08, 2020 1:02 am

apparently Bitcoincash-ABC has pissed off the world and BitcoinCashNode is forking soon.

"Thank you for using bitFlyer.

A hard fork is expected to occur for Bitcoin Cash (BCH) at around 9:00 PM (JST) on Sunday, November 15.

A blockchain divergence is expected to occur on the BCH blockchain in this hard fork. We have not decided which chain to support in the event of a divergence. We will monitor the status of the hard fork and make an announcement once it has been decided. "

As we pointed out in the twitter feed, Prohashing will mine and earn both forks, so you don't have to take any action. If you are owed any balances in either coin, you'll simply have duplicate balances after the fork.
