why bother, no one cares.

They can lock in a fixed point of interest, but they cannot stat 108% or any type of figure like that.
As soon as they do, you know they are a scammer.
Had they said we offer some of the highest returns...that might be legit.
But flat out stating a number like 108%.....SCAMMERS!
