Re: Payout Clock, Block Alerts and other refinements

If you are mining coins you dont want to hold or setup wallets for than isnt the fact you can get paid in other coins instead the major reason? I wouldn't care if I only got paid in one coin. So having a range of other coins to choose from isnt the factor, but being able to mine 1 coin and still be...

Re: Payout Clock, Block Alerts and other refinements

The real value proposition for me isn't that you pay in any coin, but that I can deliberately mine coins I don't want to hold or for which I don't want to set up a wallet. Can you explain or expand on this some. Your statement reads like it contradicts itself. If you are mining coins you dont want ...

Re: Updates on algorithms

olkah, I think they want to make sure what happened to Neoscrypt doesn't happen to the CN1. They spend hours and hours and hours to get it up and working, to find out they now earn 5% per day on $2.00 worth of daily payouts. Wonder how many years it will take to ROI at $0.10 / day. Any new coins bei...

Re: Payout Clock, Block Alerts and other refinements

Are the SHA-256 miners that have stopped mining using AUTOpool or cherry picking using static mining a specific coin or were they solo mining?

Identifying the password set the miners who left were using may shed some additional light on the situation.

Would that be THIS swap coin? https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/swapcoin/#tools The one with no current exchanges to buy/sell it on? So to get ahold we have to go through your own self-made site? And when your site closes we can't send these broken coins anywhere else to ever exchange them again?...

Re: Status as of Tuesday, March 5, 2019

Is there any way to tell if the decrease in SHA-256 was from people who own their own miners or from a decrease in hashrates sent from nicehash?

Maybe just 1 or 2 people that used to mine here stopped or moved to another pool and took the nicehash hashrate with them?

Re: Status as of Tuesday, March 5, 2019

One of the issues we plan to focus on is why the number of workers connected to the pool keeps declining, particularly for SHA-256 workers, despite the system being more stable and having more features than it did when prices were lowest. If you have any thoughts on the lower number of workers issu...

Re: Status as of Tuesday, March 5, 2019

I am curious if you and your team will discuss/consider broadening your business model to include PoS staking pools. The 2 issues I would see with that....1) the pool doesnt want to be a BANK and have coins for customers stored on it, thereby making it a hackable target. 2) they might require a mon...

Re: Earnings errors resolved

Customers who were overpaid as a result of the error have negative balances and have the good fortune of being able to earn back these debts at the now lower value, given that coin prices have declined overnight. So if a coin was worth $100, and it has now declined to $50, how is that a good fortun...

As long as TradeSatoshi has trades up for it, can still mine and trade it for other currencies, then it is still viable.
