Re: Getting logged out

The timeout is the default value, whatever it is for Spring. We spent an hour trying to change it in the past, but were unsuccessful, and then had to lower its priority because fixing the lower hashrate issue and the database getting behind is more important at the moment. But we do know about the p...

Re: Need help with Nicehash

I wanted to provide an update on this issue. Last night, Chris spent a long time trying to reproduce the issue in the development environment, but failed to do so. Having been frustrated, he started a production backup and went on to other tasks. But he quickly discovered that, when the production b...

Resolved work restart testing issue

Throughout the past week, some customers have been reporting what appeared to be an error with work restart testing, but which actually turned out to have nothing to do with work restarts. The problem would cause miners to suddenly display errors after running for a long period of time. The problem ...

Re: Work Restart Testing

Problem noted. Thanks kires. Unfortunately, for some reason we've been overloaded with problems all of a sudden. In addition to the slippage problem which we think was resolved, and that payout issue, we now have a bad luck problem, which seemed to start suddenly last week. I wonder if it is related...

Status as of Sunday, October 25

A brief update for today: Unfortunately, we have had some bugs that have come up that delayed our development progress this weekend. A change to the orphan rate calculations had unintended consequences, and we need to revert that change. AsianInvestmentBonds have a crazy market that caused large los...

Re: Status as of Wednesday, October 21

Sorry about that. The cause of that problem was a change in bitcoin-xt. We corrected the incompatibility and the payouts executed successfully this morning.

Re: Need help with Nicehash

I read that page and I'm shocked. You can't run a PPS pool with a 1.4% safety margin and remain profitable for a long time. Such a pool could go bankrupt very easily due to simple bad luck. It's also bad business sense. They need to get 3.5x our hashrate at 1.4% just to make the same profitability a...

Re: XMR Payout Format?

The exchanges have two boxes because they have an "address" and a "payment ID." Here, you should enter the address only. The "payment ID" allows the recipient to differentiate between who sent the payment to that address. The idea is that, instead of generating one addr...

Re: A2 Terminator 110 M/H settings

tradewiz,

How often do the miners stop? I want to see if there is something on our end that might be contributing to the problem. Is that a common occurrence?

Re: Profitability and orphan rates

Yes. This is one of the reasons why, when another customer asked about using our statistics, I said that our profitability numbers would not be applicable to what they could earn by switching coins manually. Also, our orphan rates are slightly off right now, because a change we made last week had un...
