I fixed the issue with multiple accounts sending to one wallet and also reversed the inaccurate payout on "gridseed". The account now has the correct balance, and it will be paid in the morning along with any new earnings and any other accounts using that address. There were no other users...

The only restriction with your earnings is that you cannot convert between coins after they are mined. You are free to change wallet addresses associated with you account at any time, and that new address is where future payouts will be sent no matter when the coins were earned. The payout threshold is held at $2.50 USD equivalent for all coins, so as the coins' prices relative to USD vary, so does the payout threshold. The top of the page is the payout averaged over the past 24 hours. The chart is the instantaneous payout at the time listed. I'm sorry about the confusion; just realized that this is not described well in the help so I will explain it better in the next release.

One thing to remember is that efficiency is also based on the connection from the miner to the pool (both latency and bandwidth). The server is located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA, so if you miners are very far away you may experience additional rejected shares that are related to the connect...
