Re: Hi Everyone, painful newbie here, but got my script working, questions..

And although you have mined some Verge, you are competing with pools like this, so its much more difficult to see results. Again, look into coins that do not have Asics for them :) As for tutorials on how to make the bat files, I often just google sample .bat file for what im interested in. Most of ...

Re: Hi Everyone, painful newbie here, but got my script working, questions..

Hey Brett Greaseman is right Without an Asic, stay away from Sha-256 (Bitcoin) Scrypt (litecoin) X11 (Dash) Here are bunch of Algos you can use your GPU on https://whattomine.com/coins I only mine Siacoin with my GPUs, but you could check out CLaymore's dual miner https://github.com/nanopool/Claymor...

Re: Hi Everyone, painful newbie here, but got my script working, questions..

Hey Brett I have only mining a few months myself, but I am curious, if you are using CPU/Video Cards, I am not so sure you want a=x11. This does not necessarily explain why something will not work, however with all the Asic X11 miners out there, it is going to take forever or cost you more in electr...

Re: Current small market/cheap coins available as payout options on ProHashing

Lumens= easier international transfers, course bitcoin and almost all of them do this. Re: Current small market/cheap coins available as payout options on ProHashing

I came to mining through siacoin and bought some Asics. I love the concept of Sia, and the others trying to do similar things, storj, Filecoin, and I think to some extent Maid. Time will tell who succeeds, personally I think there is a market for decentralized backups. It might be a coin or integrat...

Re: Vertcoin payouts not working

Hey Lighthawk
Make sure you hit save on the coin percentage part and save for the address, its at the very bottom
Also be aware, last time I set to vertcoin, network threshold was 2 coin, so even tho you could set your payout lower, it will not pay until 2 coins is met.

Re: Hi, is this pool stable to use?

It is relative in my opinion. If you can afford to run it, it will make you money. You re ROI, return on investment is an unknown to me, but with many D3 on eBay selling for less than 1k, I think it can be a fine investment, especially if you intend to hold, or you profit to invest in other crypto. ...

Re: Hi, is this pool stable to use?

The L3 will make more than the D3, I think everywhere.
Bitmain sold too many and they are not the only player in the space. If dash or other x11's gain value, then who knows, over 1k dash would make the D3s that much better to run
