its possible they have ICMP turned off as it can be used to flood packets to the server, they are using javapipe remember. The Bitmain power supplies don't state that they have any sort of power factor correction, but if they do have active power factor correction and just don't list it, then using a UPS with it could cause problems. The Verge coin currently has an error here. It's not going to work until that gets resolved. You should try it with a different coin. You can see which coins are currently working on the main page at the bottom. Click on show all to see the full list. The ones with errors are at the end of the list....
