I guess how much do you earn in a day? What is your daily earnings on here? What miners or hashrate are you getting credit for per day? If as you said 42-coin is worth 9-btcs thats like $110,000 per coin, so guessing earning very small fractions of the coin per day unless running a huge farm. I was ...

For video cards you will want to go lookup ASIC-RESISTANT coins and find a pool that allows them to be mined to maximize your profits.

Did you checkbox the tax question on the SETTINGS page.
If you are over $600 for the year and have not answered that will hold up all payments until you have.

If you haven't already, log into your account, click SETTINGS, and check that you have selected a tax status, either US or foreign.
If you have not yet selected and are over the $600 limit I think it hold the account up until you have made your selection.
See if that changes anything.

Have to give it up to 2 hours to populate. And be using the correct algo...not having a D3 setup to use X11 for instance, will also result in "NO VALID SHARES YET...." message and it will never resolve as the D3 isnt able to mine scrypt(the default unless your password otherwise specifies ...
