Re: Mining will be Obsolete?

The only way to make coins is to have something do the calculations. If everyone who mined sha-256 and scrypt stopped mining, there would be no more coins. This is saying the side street of mining "block chain transactions and trading" could be made easier, and so miners would be cut out o...

Re: CoiniumServ - Pool Server for windows (compiled)

There is a story why the author removed the .exe from github
Not because its unsafe.. he also started a new one it looks nice...but i think one size fits all in mining pool software

Re: Orphans

So orphans just means mostly your miner is too fast and the coin is to easy to mine so you just have to wait until it gets more difficult....?
If that is so it is possible to set the miner at like 100 frequency and then you would have a very low hash rate...
Ill have to try that

Orphans

I was having issues with sha-256 and mining coins like tiger coin I was getting lots orphans
I changed d= or difficulty setting down to 1000 and now i get few orphans
so it seems if you get orphans the difficulty is easy on the coin so you have to use that d= setting to compensate.

They start taking orders in some months if not next month It looks like about the size of a video card and looks like pci connection slots so its like a green card with a chip in the middle. So this card basically ma...
