I could not reproduce an issue with the support portal's password reset emails. Could be an issue with your spam filter or email provider, but you could alternatively just try signing up for a new support account.

For equihash 144, I believe gminer uses --algo equihash144_5
For regular equihash, I believe gminer uses --algo equihash210_9

Coinbase recently added support for Dogecoin, so off-chain Coinbase DOGE payouts are now available on the pool with zero fees or minimums, effective immediately.
