Re: Less coins being mined

might be better to pool mine at some point if solo mining doesn't reach expectations. nicehash being back up means more hash being thrown at networks. you can also look at other pools stats to compare pool hashrates. granatgas pool stats are public and seems decent for an anonymous pool, not sure if...

Re: Immature blocks since 5hours

I sure hope so, because the payouts seem great on it. Like BCC days again. I figured this is why the 1MH expected payout was so high yesterday. The payout error over stuck blocks. But as long as we are getting paid, I guess its all good. So just curious, when the live profit of the pool says 3.36 a...

Re: Solo mining low difficulty coins

also a note on scrypt difficulty in general: a scrypt difficulty of 1 is multiplied by 65536 so if newyorkcoin's difficulty is 900 you would have to have a setting of 65536 x 900 = 58982400 in the scrypt miner to always solve a block every time a share is submitted like in getwork protocol solominin...

Re: Solo mining low difficulty coins

i'm not sure what you mean by block difficulty, but there's network difficulty for each coin reflected by the whole network's hashpower on that coin, and the pool's share difficulty which is set by the pool or password arguments if it's a valid number. the minimum static difficulty for scrypt right ...

sounds like a problem with some coins and not some miners? i always hope one bugfix ends up fixing other unsolved bugs

Re: Successfully mining whole night on x11, no earnings shown

you need a=x11 in the password arguments too so the server knows which algorithm you want to mine. so add -p a=x11 or whatever it is for your ccminer, like -O username:"a=x11 n=gtx1070" mining on the wrong algorithm for however long won't generate any valid shares, so your 12 hours is wast...

Re: Why does my miner always mine 10th most profitable coin?

yea it doesn't really matter what you're mining on PPS, auto profit switching usually gets it right. i was disappointed with only ltc mining, but if that's the most profitable at the time then that's what we should mine

Re: Why does my miner always mine 10th most profitable coin?

when i'm watching my slower miners when they switch to a lower difficulty coin, a lot of the time they don't get a share, but other miners are finding blocks, so i guess every time the other miners find a block i get a work restart. i'm not an expert on their profit switching algorithm, but i'm gues...

Re: Solariscoin – the Hidden treasure!

i'm still holding nist5 XLR because i didn't see that someone took over and forced a swap that i missed. so no, i don't think i'm going to invest any more time or effort on a coin like that, with people like that in charge. sure they supposedly gave people a couple months to swap somewhere, but that...
