Re: Explanation of earnings from Dec 11-13

Yikes! That does explain a fair bit... Question - is this why the "Total Earnings" just went ultra-wonky in my history today? I wasn't keeping precise records, but it appears that LTC earnings (across several accounts, not just mine) both went up & down overall each day, as if ...

Re: First Website Improvements Released!

1099 forms have to be issued to users; there isn't any other way we are willing to operate. ... ... Before you get worried, these forms are not a statement that you owe a certain amount of tax, and we are not withholding earnings. This is standard practice for practically any business transaction, ...

Re: First Website Improvements Released!

I will guarantee you will lose nearly (if not at least) half of your miners if you require the 1099 information. This isn't a guess or minor conjecture - this is a fact I would stake money on - money which you apparently are willing to lose, although I have no idea why you'd cut your nose off to spi...

Re: Awesome Miner

Been playing around with it (got the paid one) and it's a learning curve lol. FAQ/Help page isn't much to work with, so lots of trial and error - but so far liking it a lot. Just wish it was clearer about the ASIC board statuses rather than just reporting the per-board speed (chip errors, etc).

Re: Router offline

Pool links dead, too? Getting an echo on the status page showing 7 (when I only have 5) ASIC units connected doing nothing, but they are in actuality defaulted over to Nicehash - the units say that PH links are dead still.

Re: Update earlier this week dropping earnings??

Paid to internal wallet, once accumulated value gets high enough, will be withdrawn for lowest fees (or maybe used to hash something somewhere else for higher profit?). Still, total 5% fees (like PH) and an average now of ~20%+ higher return vs abysmal profits presently, server issues, attacks on th...

Re: Policy changes coming this weekend

I just figured it out. A user posted why there have been so many attacks in this thread: https://forums.prohashing.com/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=2369 The number of attacks was about 120,000 on October 19 (probably because the hacking software was finished halfway through the day), 260,000 on October ...

Re: Update earlier this week dropping earnings??

I would suggest getting paid in all BTC so you are comparing like units. If you earned $5000 in 1 day and earned 1 BTC at $5000, and at the end of the day BTC rose up to $6000, your payout for the day would have been 1 X $6000 = $6000 for the day. If you earned that same $5000 in 1 day on $50 LTCs ...
