I had 1 L3 come with the fan cord stuck in the fan hah. Then the fans did not want to work. So, I took them off, put them back on and voila, thing works.

Heya Scrouch, Im fairly certain that you may need to purchase 20 before you can send anything to it. I could be wrong, but that was my understanding on ripple wallets at this point.
