Re: Status as of Thursday, September 18
Which sites are you planning to advertise upon. I was going to make an announcement on bitcointalk.org, but if you were planning to do that, then I'll leave it up to you.

Re: payout issues?
There are two issues occuring here: First, over the weekend Steve found an error where the Bitcoin-USD price was not updating properly. When he fixed the issue, the bitcoin price declined 20% from the incorrect value to the correct value, therefore raising the payout threshold by 20% (since it is ba...

Mining profitability - September 2014
Steve and I decided we needed two miners to perform testing on the development server. I spent a few hours last week evaluating the profitability of miners to heat my house during the winter, and I came across a few findings that I thought were interesting and that I should share with everyone. I co...

Regarding the false information, this is not an issue isolated to one specific forum. You would be interested in many of the psychological studies on belief persistence/perseverance. This problem applies to the public perception of many scientific fields, and there doesn't seem to be an effective wa...

Re: Terrible Reject Rate

However, we already have have another person who will be doing this for us over the weekend, so we do not need your assistance right now. Steve, we also ...

Planned server downtime on Friday at 3:00PM EDT
I will be taking the server offline for about 30 minutes tomorrow 9/5/2014 at 3:00PM EDT in order to install a replacement router. This replacement router will enable the pool to have a higher number of connections to peers, thus reducing block orphanage rates. I will make a post when I take the ser...

Re: Changes to reduce lost blocks
I'm investigating this right now. Steve's code changes seem to have reduced the random lost blocks, but now we are getting strings of lost blocks, which is actually losing more money than it was before. I reverted the mining server to the previous release while I look into it.
