Do you have access to commercial leased line providers in your area? For security purposes, I've used Verizon Frame relay circuits for intranet connections with VPNs running over the Verizon links. But that will just get you your pipe, you would need to work out peering with a layer 1 or 2 provider,...

I'd recommend outsourcing the Atlassian other customer support infrastructure. Services like elasity.io can handle the service for you. IMHO, if your looking to make money, just invest the coins themselves. If you enjoy mining, then get into it. For example, if you bought the L3 with BCH back when it was ~300, you could still have that BCH today at ~1200.
