Re: Release coming this afternoon

So will that alter the number of blocks the miner's status page says they have found vs how many Prohashing's site says the miner submitted? Will there now be more....my miner says I found 5 blocks but the site only recorded 1....posts as a result of not being allowed to submit the same stale share...

Re: SHA-256 Mining on Pro Hashing

Right now, we don't feel comfortable with releasing SHA-256 mining because JiveTonto has identified some issues that need to be examined first. We also need someone to install all of the coins, and to complete all the tax paperwork. Most likely, we'll be able to release it a month after we can fill ...

Release coming this afternoon

We're going to issue a release this afternoon, which will require us to restart the mining server. This release will take just two minutes, and will include a few bugfixes. First, we resolved a problem that resulted in broken lines on the "worker history" chart. Second, we eliminated the n...

Re: [Completed] IMPORTANT: Bitcoin payout solution

Do i understand it correctly or not ? I`ve got (a leftover of) 0.00073661 ($9,75) and this should have been converted to LTC ? No. That was a one-time conversion, and customers who continued to earn bitcoins after the conversion were not able to take advantage of it. However, we're going to be work...

Re: How does PH payout in so many different coins?

Does PH act as some sort of mini-exchange, when it comes to payouts? They can payout in coin X from any of those coins that have been mined here, but the coins mined won't perfectly match up with payout coins requested, so do they then exchange some coins (e.g. on Poloniex) for the required coins t...

Re: Status as of Monday, January 1, 2018

Chris fixed the problem with the form submissions. It turns out that he hadn't added a row to the table and the database wasn't able to get the name of the form. I apologize for that.

Status as of Monday, January 1, 2018

Good morning! We discovered an issue with the "worker history" chart that could cause it to have interrupted lines for some customers. The issue has been resolved and the changes will be deployed with the next release. Since this issue is not causing any loss of money, we don't deem it ser...

Re: 2018 Taxes on Trades - Boooo

I guess my issue was with the word RENT and how it was used in your sentence. To me RENTING is an active action. I RENT a car, I RENT a house, I RENT a hooker for the evening. Our view is that mining pools rent computer systems from customers and pay customers for the usage time of those systems. I...

I'm not seeing this issue myself. Let me log into your account and see if I can reproduce it, and Chris will make changes after we return to State College in a few hours. Sorry about that!

Re: 2018 Taxes on Trades - Boooo

Here is something which may be helpful to customers who are working on taxes. We may make a sticky notice of this in the future. ------------------- Our view is that mining pools rent computer systems from customers and pay customers for the usage time of those systems. ......This is the total valu...
