Problem solved for Auroracoin. Another user requested a payout of 0.000005 AUR, and the AUR client was rejecting our entire payout transaction due to that output being too small. you have to chose another software to mine script coins. cgminer 4.9 doesn't support gpu/script mining since version 3.7.2.
Please have a look at the wiki https://litecoin.info/Mining_software. Not sure if this site is still up to date.
