Re: Chris to issue share corrections
I apologize for any problems you experienced with the pool today. We have issued a release that should improve performance noticeably since it resolves and issue where the mining server would get overloaded causing stale shares when a large number of miners all connect at the exact same time (e.g. s...

Re: Bitcoin Cash update
I fixed the BitcoinCash addresses. As far as the bitcoin forfeiture, That might be hard coded in the website since bitcoin used to be our default payout coin. I will investigate to see what is causing it.

Re: Bitcoin Cash update
I looked into this and the query I used to determine the BitcoinCash balances had a bug that affected users who had never received a bitcoin payout prior to August 1 or were not earning bitcoin on the morning of August 1 or had never earned bitcoin prior to August 1. Basically, with the old query, i...

Re: Bitcoin Cash update
We offer both BitcoinCash and Bitcoin. No payout proportions were changed as the result of the fork, so if you were earning Bitcoin previously, you still are earning Bitcoin. If you want to earn BitcoinCash, you can add it as a payout proportion.

Re: Bitcoin Cash update
All the Bitcoin that was on accounts at the time of the fork has been credited as BitcoinCash. All you should need to do is add a BitcoinCash payout address to your account.
Also, I might not be able to payout in BitcoinCash tonight because all exchanges have withdrawals locked at the moment.

Updating balances for July 24
Unfortunately, the server has been overloaded today and that has caused periods where balances were not credited. Shortly after midnight ET (about an hour from now), I will be increasing balances to compensate for the missing time. We have had to temporarily raise the minimum static difficulty to 40...

Re: Live Worker Status page showing 0 miners connected
If the pool is accepting shares, then they will be counted, but it may take a few minutes to write them to the database and credit your account if the share writing is delayed as shown on the homepage. In addition, if the pool's shares are delayed, then the live worker stats will also be delayed, in...

Re: newbie plz dont judge
You can use GPUs, but you will likely never earn enough money to even pay back the electricity cost. The market has moved onto power-efficient decicated mining equipment using ASICs. There are a lot of types of hardware, and I suggest searching around these and other forums for what hardware exists ...
