Q: when PPLNS mining BTC how do you know the number of others mining too?

Hello everyone. I have two miners pointing at prohash FPPS sha256. One is at 250 GH/s and the other is at 4 TH/s. It seems like the 250 GH/s miner gets more shares per 2 hours than the 4 TH/s guy. Is this right? The 250 GH/s miner is set at the minimum difficulty (d=1024) whereas the 4 TH/s miner is...

Hey guys. I am a little puny sha156 guy currently at around 200 gh/s. Do I want lots of accepts with d=1024 parameter? (see below) Or do I want less accepts w/out a "d" parameter, but more restarts?
