Error with incorrect coins

Today, Chris released some new code that records the difference between the actual coins earned by miners and the target coins they want to earn. These numbers are often different due to coins being in error, and we want to figure out how different they are. The release was successful and the data i...

Re: Can we boost X11 some how???

I would guess the most profitable coin on X-11 would be the autoswapping coin vs a static one. Adding more profitable coins would help, are there any out there for X11 that aren't currently up on the list? I think the pool switches as fast as it can, and for optimal settings, Id say just go with no...

Re: Scrypt profitability increase of 4%

I came back to PH for 24-hours when they said they would up the profits by 4% and gave it another test. For whatever reason the hashrates are still low. I run on litecoinpool for 4 days and get 0-4 rejects from my miner. In 24-hours I got 79 from this pool. I never see over 550 hashrate on PH, yet ...

Re: Scrypt profitability increase of 4%

Looks like I picked the right week to once again try Prohashing! I try every other month or so for a few days, but always wind back up at litecoinpool.org. Maybe this time will be different! You would think with the auto coin switching it would be consistently more profitable, but in the past I hav...

Scrypt profitability increase of 4%

Since we found a lot of bitcoin blocks, we decided to increase scrypt profitability by 4% this week, beginning immediately, even though this will cause us losses. There were some customers who complained that litecoinpool was paying more than here. This experiment will allow us to determine whether ...

Re: A look at the potential of several coins

good post, Steve. i agree with everything you said. i have been a big proponent of BCH since it's inception and continue to be with every new development the dev team comes out with. the only area i may differ with you is, and it probably really isn't even a disagreement, is that BTC's future is as...

A look at the potential of several coins

After the latest crash I spent some time reading news articles trying to find out if there was a specific reason for the panic. Cryptocurrency market movements, of course, are rarely the result of news. In 2014, every time China said they would ban bitcoins, the market crashed spectacularly. In 2017...

Issue with dollar payouts

Vance is currently addressing an issue with dollar payouts. The money is being sent to Coinbase, but it is not being sold to dollars. We hope to have a fix for the issue later today or tomorrow. This actually helped customers, since the sales would have occurred during the period last night when eve...

Re: when i add a coin i no longer get 'save options'

I just fixed mine. I was having the same problem. I had a payout option that did not have an address filled in for it. So I filled it in first. Then I was able to add the coin I wanted and save that new coins address. Hope this helps. Ah, this is a new "feature" that was added recently, a...

Re: Need advice from Z9 ownwers / enthusiasts today please

Hi Goof and mad4mining. Thanks a lot for sharing your info. I have never shelled out so much cash on 2x machines before and not knowing what the profitibility will be like when I get them in 2 months time is scary. What about the hard fork on ZEC? Didn't it come through? Are any other coins still t...
