Re: GPU Algorithms?

The backup pool I like to use for experimentation has an exhaustive list of mining algorithms and what they can be mined with. You can see that list right on the homepage: zergpool.com On Prohashing, only Monero (Randomx) can be mined with a CPU and certain algos like Equihash, SHA265, and Scrypt a...

Re: Dashboard & Worker Configurator issues.

I just tried to reproduce this issue, but was unable to do so.

Could you submit a support ticket using the "website chat" method, so that we can automatically obtain personal information about your account to open an investigation? Thanks.

Re: XRP Not Paying Out

Have there been any updates on ETA of getting XRP Ripple payouts operational? On Friday, "The XRP network is currently having some widespread issues and our client is affected for payouts. We haven't found a solution yet, but we'll continue to investigate." Did not see a post on this as o...

There have been quite a few customers recently posting about payout issues on the forums. We're glad to help everyone and want to assist in resolving payout problems. That said, most issues are account-specific, and require significant investigation and information that can't be discussed publicly i...

Re: [Suggestion] Portfolio targeting with Exception.

So after some tests and mathing I know that 15% of my earnings are power costs. I decided since I use portfolio targeting, I'll just set my cash payout to 20% To hedge some AC costs as well that I can't easily quantify. So USD has now been greatly increased % due to the way portfolio targeting work...

Re: Bank account out of money

This amount of money is nothing - if we get even 10% of the pool using ACH payouts, the buffer is going to need to be 9x the daily payouts, or $100,000. When you get up to that size buffer, we are taking a risk for you because we need to start pre-selling coins we expect to mine. If the price of the...

Bank account out of money

Unfortunately, our bank account with the ACH payment processor is out of money. It takes 9 days from the time we initiate a bitcoin sale at Bittrex to when the money moves through multiple accounts and finally reaches a customer. For the first week, we used a $5,000 buffer, but ACH demand increased ...

Re: Earnings not match

This reply from about a week or so ago. It is because of the large spread between the buy/sell price. For other coins I have had a warning about it at the top of the screen on payout page in the past. The dingo large spread has not generated the warning for me like others have. Hello, I investigate...
