Re: Forfeited Balance?

Unfortunately, the most likely cause is that you were the victim of a scam. There are miners at some cloud mining services that don't submit all blocks they find, for an unknown reason. That unfairly pulls down the profitability of everyone. The problem is so widespread that a week ago, miners (in t...

Re: Status as of Friday, July 21, 2017

Steve, I appreciate your efforts to make pool stable and still profitable. However the last feature you have applied when low stat diff miners with BIG hashrate are switching to high diff by pool decision - in order to keep share per second less than 1, seems did not give the effect. What I see is ...

Re: Miner is sending shares to to frequently, is therefore being ignore

We hope to eliminate this error in the coming days after we make changes to allow the system to handle more shares. The major problem right now is that when errors occur, we lose as many as four hours of development time correcting balances and handling customer support tickets. But we're making pro...

Re: Downtime this morning

Can you confirm us when the mining pool will run normally because now the system have trouble everyday Unfortunately not. Every time we increase capacity, more miners arrive. Once this issue is fixed, it's likely there will be another one. We hope to get ahead of this someday, and we were for about...

Good morning! Here's a few thoughts for today. ⋅  I'm back, after some time away for my other job. I was disappointed to see that service quality wasn't the best while I was gone. This weekend, I'll be working on splitting apart the mining server into smaller components, which will be dist...

If you're using that high of a difficulty, then you have an amazing amount of hashpower on one connection.

How often do you think your miners were submitting shares? Was it more than twice per second?

Disabling of exchanges on August 1

I asked Chris to submit support tickets to all exchanges asking them if they will be providing Bitcoin Cash to customers for their Bitcoin balances as well. Since we expect Bitcoin Cash to be worth more than the small amount of reduced profitability caused by the exchanges that are disabled, we will...

Re: Downtime this morning

My static difficulty went from 15k to sometimes 500k with the new feature. 500k translates to 1-3minutes per share, not 2 per second. Is there an error? The system assigns a dynamic difficulty if the static difficulty is too low, and dynamic difficulty targets about 1 minute. However, you can sligh...

Re: Downtime this morning

I agree with blocking the IP's from NH, raising fees seems counter productive. Do we have data to support the conclusion that NH users are pouring in a high amount of hashrate? I would like to know this also. What is the source of the problem. Pool has been working fine and now all sudden problems?...

Re: Profitability/Pool Fee Error

Hello, is there a Issue with the Pool Fee? I noticed a 10% difference in Profitability. As a example look at the following Screenshot: BCC gets mined with 99.3% of Hashrate and a Profitability of 17.79. The Profitability of Scrypt however is shown as 16.12 --> 16.12*110% = 17.73 . As you can see, 1...
