I've got the same issue with my L3+'s. I've tried using proxy server as well, though they disconnect after an hour or less to failover.

My password Arguments are: n=ASIC1 p=0.10 w=800 m=solo c=Litecoin d=262144

I've been doing a bit more testing..decided to try using the proxy URL. When using stratum+tcp://proxy.prohashing.com:443, setting the static difficulty works properly.


EDIT: After about a half hour of mining the miner disconnects with server dead and rolls over to backup server still.
