Re: Hi, is this pool stable to use?

Hi, I want to use this pool, just wondering is it stable and safe to use? I asked the co-location guy who has my D3 miners to connect to this pool and he recommend not to. He is not recommending this pool to anyone to connect to. May I ask why? Did something happen that made this pool have a bad re...

Re: When your system stops processing shares in a visible way..

I must have missed where other pools are so much more transparent. Although I did catch a good video the other day of one pool admitting they had a breach, lost a lot of money and basically fucked up. Bellaminer: Aren't there like programs you can buy, Awesome miner or something, that will monitor ...

Re: When your system stops processing shares in a visible way..

you should be disconnecting miners . Why? So i can be making less? No thanks. Don't act as though your opinion is the only one that matters, if you feel that strongly, there are other pools that don't offer you bonus' for their mistakes. I understand your counter argument, namely you would prefer t...

Re: When your system stops processing shares in a visible way..

I understand the concern here. I've love to respond by saying that we're going to be able to do this immediately, but the truth is that we are hiring people as quickly as possible, and they can only be trained at a limited speed. Exchanges like Coinbase are also seeing this problem, in that they ar...

When your system stops processing shares in a visible way..

When Prohashing systems stop processing shares in a visible way, i.e., not increasing our visible ledgers, you should be A) disconnecting our miners so they go to a backup pool, or B) providing some type of accounting that shows what the payouts should have been so we can review later. When your sys...

Re: Status as of Friday, December 8, 2017

Good morning! Now that we got through yesterday's crazy day, I have some time to sit back and provide an overview of what's going on. First, the difficulty of litecoin increased by 25%, and is expected to increase by another 40%, pushing profits below 2 cents by tomorrow. Some former Nicehash miner...

Re: scrypt not allowing connections

Yes, there is a max user number in place. You will have to wait for others to disconnect before you will see the site as ALIVE and connect in to mine. You have to just wait and be patient, eventually you should get in. I thought it was set at 10k? At the time my connections were failing they had le...

scrypt not allowing connections

I rebooted a miner and now it can't connect to prohashing's scrypt port. I rebooted a second miner of mine and the same thing is happening. Is this a known issue? I dont want to reboot my other miners or they won't be able to reconnect either. FYI, from miner: ping prohashing.com PING prohashing.com...

Re: System offline

I understand your frustration, and I agree that you should do what you have to do. I apologize that you feel this way and wish that there was something we could do immediately to reduce this concern. That said, I do want to point out that I think that a few of the expectations from some of the post...
