Will not stale shares increase for the older asics that cannot handle 65536 difficulty in a timely fashion? or is every share counted that is submitted?

try this I have a l3+ and these settings work nice for me. use winscp go into your L3+ miner go to main root directory then into your config folder and edit user settings it should say "queue 8192" this is how you know your in the right file than just add these two lines to it. --scan-time=7 --expi...

X11 is supported here. As for the ROI, that is yet to be seen. 1st you have to receive the miner, and I suspect the hashrate will be greatly increased by that time.

At the second of this writing, PH is at .0012 US cents per mh/s, so this unit would make approximately $18 a day.

This structure makes the most sense. A fee scale based on the number of actual shares submitted is the most appropriate.
