When the pool is running fine, my A4 has no issue running here for long duration. I haven't been using password arguments as the pool seems to do a decent job of sorting that out on its own. You shouldn't have an issue with a L3+.

The order speed was the same, but was the duration? The cost may be higher today at NH, profit lower at PH, or both. You can't really expect to get arbitrage profits like that forever.
