Re: Litecoin in enormous cup-and-handle formation

Anchor coins vs. Altcoins - https://forums.prohashing.com/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=1472 Yeah, thats based off of one guys "perception" or "proposed new definition" of the meaning of "altcoin" ... Im guessing the pool OP's havent been involved in crypto long either. The...

Re: Litecoin in enormous cup-and-handle formation

youre not understanding the definition of an altcoin. an altcoin is a coin which uses the same algo as the main coin, example bitcoin/peercoin. litecoin, dash, monero, ethereum, etc are all NOT altcoins.they are the leading coin of their algorithm Im not sure how long youve been involved in cryptocurr...

Re: Litecoin in enormous cup-and-handle formation

Except for the fact that, all altcoins STILL trend w/ bitcoin's price movements. Its not until an alt or alts start to consistently move independently of BTC's price movements that pretty much all your statements(in this topic and previous ones) would become valid. Once august roles around ... inte...

Re: They just don't get it

Except, the moment ETH goes PoS, it will become worthless. Thank god LTC has no such plans. Another thing to note, if LTC was seeing anywhere near close to the bubble that the rest of the alts/btc were, it would be far above its previous bubble of around $40. Segwit did absolutely nothing for LTC's ...

Re: Status as of Wednesday, March 15, 2017

Yeah, people are dumping their BTC into these like top 3-4 altcoins ... Im guessing to wait until the whole btc fork rides over. Once that subsides the altcoin prices will come crashing down again. Also, wasnt aware of the pools x11 plan =) thats neat. Maybe Ill buy an x11 asic, if I can justify its...

Re: Litecoin difficulity hashing on Prohashing vs pure ltc pools

Consequently, if coin hopping became unprofitable(in the case of a majority of miners , rather than a minority, doing it) ... all the hashrate would go back to LTC and you would see difficulty skyrocket even when no additional mining hardware being put on the network. Its really an interesting dynam...

Re: Gridseed Setup

Thanks For Replying I Will Try It Out And See How It Goes If you have a raspberry pi I would try Minera. It supports the small gridseeds. But I only ran it on litecoinpool. I never tried it here. Anyway something you might try. :? think that just runs bfgminer..... but could be wrong. maybe it runs...
