Ok ... thank you.

I think what you’re seeing is normal - the purpose of the release was to reduce the difficulties displayed by the pool to be in line with how other pools treated equihash difficulties
@ drmicrodrmicro « Mon 9:19 pm »
They are z9 minis.

Image this what I see on my dashboard since the fix.

in both IE and Chrome, the support login is not working, I just get that spinning wheel thing.

Sure , never did that before, it may take me some time to figure that one out. Thanks for the advice.

The actual averages about half the target over those days.

I think there is something still wrong with the dashboard.

Could you post a screenshot of the other pool’s dashboard that shows this amount so I can investigate? Thanks

No money was lost; Chris expects to finish the credits within ten minutes

There has been no adjustment shown for Saturday or Sunday’s losses.

I’m not trying to pile on, but making 74 cents a day when my miners make about $20 a day is a huge variance and 15% doesn’t come close to covering it.
@ Dr_Soos « Mon 2:39 pm »
Hi Steve,
@ Steve Sokolowski « Mon 11:49 am »
a few percentage points of variance is normal, but I can’t explain that large of a difference
@ Steve Sokolowski « Mon 11:48 am »
I did a comparison that way yesterday for scrypt to investigate another issue and found that for scrypt, Nicehash’s profitability is reported as 1% lower than here
@ Steve Sokolowski « Mon 11:48 am »
as to the previous days before the $11.66 we know is erroneous, the only way to get a true comparison is to mine at both pools simultaneously

The equihash issue has been resolved, but it turns out that there are additional share corrections that are necessary, so Chris is going to execute those later today

As Steve said, I am not bound here. Love the pool, vibe and site layout. But money talks at the moment.

Nevermind two days ago when I recieved half a payout when the crash occured. I have submitted support tickets, you claimed the problems were fixed, they aren’t, please do something to fix it. Your workers are fleeing as evidence by the total count being 12,000 opposed to 24,000 from two months ago. Whatever your fixes have been lately is doing damage to my miners by causing them to short cycle on the restarts. They randomly hang up everytime you try to reset the server after a "fix".
If you feel that you have to mine elsewhere, I understand; however, we’re investigating the issue, and share corrections have always been issued when balance problems have been found

I’m looking into the issue now; it looks like there’s also a second unrelated issue where balance updates aren’t being received normally; that’s also under investigation
@ Dr_Soos « Mon 9:02 am »
If this is not fixed today then I take my miners and all others that use my farm elsewhere. I think 3 days of not being paid is long enough. Thank You.

What is the issue you’re having, exactly? As far as we’re aware, Chris corrected all earnings - please submit a ticket because you didn’t explain what your issue is. As far as we're aware, all miners are mining correctly, all hashrates have been corrected, and all balances were provided a bonus.

I still don’t see how this is being called "normal" when my earnings today is .74 USD with 10 Z9 Mini’s running at 16.5 K/Sols each. Yesterdays earnings were about half of what the "normal" rates are. Has this truly been fixed? It still appears to be more than a display issue.
@ citronick « Sun 7:35 pm »
back to mining Equihash - looks normal now to me. +15% compensation is fair. Mine on!
