further tested this. Now setting static coins c=callisto works. c=ethereum works. c=ethereumclassic fails. Not sure what’s up but ETC just cycles through and not hashing.

Ethash on ETC coin seems to have issue. Getting error :ETH:: No new jobs were received for 10 minutes, something is wrong with the pool. Claymore miner then disconnects / reconnects. Mining static Callisto on my other rig working fine. But currently not on the profit switching default.

No. It’s supposed to match whatever we earn. There is additional money in the block reward, but for Callisto that extra money goes to someone else, and therefore isn’t relevant to our calculations.

why is it not profitable to mine bitcoin gold on your pool? ant that the profits earnings doesnt match what value the coin went up yesterday

Before I do, could you confirm that you’re referring to the actual reward the miners get, and not the full block reward, which for Callisto includes outputs that go to other people?

we spent 6 hours revieweing all of the various issues about profitability and have not found any errors in the system, with the system paying more than the referenced sites in all circumstances

This is based on nothing other than block difficultties and hashing power. The difference from $3.81 to $9.57 is a crazy spread of more than 50%. Has anyone else noticed this issue? At first I thought maybe it was justt the calculator glitching but then I checked my earnings on 55TH/s of power combibed with 150GH/s of X11 power and I have never made more than $11 in a day. That math is incredibly wrong and it most certainly is not a 2% fee. What gives?
I notice this before, This pool is paying much less than they adviced on live profitability section
There was a ticket about this submitted and we’re investigating the issue and hope to have an answer by Saturday

Another thing, when a coin have a profitability spike prohashing just disable it in order to not paid this spike, im talking about Verge
@ flnvaz « Fri 12:53 am »
So I swapped my miners over to good ol slush pool and sure enough ive earned $17 in less then $24 with the same exact miners that were only making me $11 over here in 24 hours.... Honestly this feels like a shady pool and theft.

Support tickets are important because we can assign them to the person who is most qualified to answer the ticket, and track whether issues have been resolved - while we would love to answer all questions through E-Mail or the forums, we found that issues that affect one account often got forgotten and we had to take steps to improve service on that
